After completing an order, products are produced and shipped via courier to the address specified by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or errors in personalization.

Customers must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt from the courier and notify both the courier and us if they find visible defects or missing parts. If the goods are not inspected and any irregularities are not reported promptly, the order is considered approved.
If a customer finds a defect or malfunction not resulting from improper use and/or storage, they may submit a complaint to intomagnet@gmail.com within the statutory period. Complaints will be reviewed separately, and the customer will receive information at the email address from which the inquiry was sent, unless another contact method is specified.
